IUGS at the 5th IPGC in Zaragoza

IUGS Vice-President Marko Komac represented IUGS at the 5th IPGC (International Professional Geology Congress) in Zaragoza, Spain, where important geoscience related issues were discussed; from research results, through their application, the latest tech developments in the field, to the geoethical issues and challenges the profession faces in this turbid world.

Marko had the privilege to make concluding remarks on behalf of IUGS, its members and the Executive Committee. Congratulations were expressed to the organisers that have set a high standard for the next conference!
